How in the world did these turtles got their visa?p.s. Notice that there are only 3 turtles on the cake. I can't remember how Magneto of the X-Men became the 4th turtle.

Migratory Turtles
During the time of D's 4th birthday the Mutant Ninja Turtles were the coolest thing. Naturally, it was Ninja Turtles overload - from shirt, decors, invitations, and even the cake.
How in the world did these turtles got their visa?
p.s. Notice that there are only 3 turtles on the cake. I can't remember how Magneto of the X-Men became the 4th turtle.
