We Are What We Are

Ever wondered how we are creatures of habits? Like how some actions have been so ingrained in us, it is like we own them? I prefer to call them copyrights…

Being late is a copyright of 2 of our family friends (The C’s and The G’s). We don’t get upset with them, we understand them, we’ve learned to live with them. In fact we are surprised if they arrive early. We love them.

Being forgetful is owned by the S’s. One time they called us to inform they will be bringing an item for us. Upon arrival, they informed us they left it at home. We always love them.

Last but not least is the copyright of our friend J - when it comes to shopping. It takes her a long, long time to decide if she wants an item or not. She may bring the item to the cashier already and change her mind just seconds before the salesclerk punches the sale. Sometimes, she decides not to get the item, then decides she wants it when you are already in the car. But we love her still.

I don’t know what our family’s copyright is. Maybe blogging is. Around the 3 of us, there must be more than 10 blogs in between. And that is only for the public blogs.

Anything you want copyrighted?

  2. Procrastination. Don't copyright that. It'll mess up your life.
