Gene Simmons Family Jewels

Hanging out with D sometimes make me do really weird things. That is my only reason why I watched several episodes of "Gene Simmons Family Jewels". Reality shows are never real to me - but, the things I do to bond with my "unico hijo". He loathes reality shows too, but this one seems to be different.

Several episodes later. . .

I just might watch this show. Reasons: I like to have the body and appeal of this hot Canadian Shannon Tweed (Gene Simmon's long time girlfriend). I find Gene's son Nick, very good looking; I like beautiful daughter Sophie; and both of them don't act like spoiled Hollywood brats. They are respectful, educated, well brought up kids. I have this pre-conceived idea this may be a show full of "bleeped" words, strange looking people and just about anything bad. But in truth, it was the opposite.

It is amazing that from Gene ( lead bassist and vocalist of rock band KISS) and Shannon (Playboy playmate) they have managed to raise two well behaved kids, stay together for 20+ years without getting married; and have much love to go between all four of them - even extending to people around them.

D even thinks I act/think/do like Shannon when it comes to relating to Nick. He thinks, our little family of 3 is so similar to this funny family on TV.

If you have not watched this TV series - try it once in a while - you might just be able to relate.
