Stratford, Ontario

From Toronto, drive through the 401 going south and exit at 279. Drive further west and you get to the quaint little place of Stratford. This city was voted one of Canada's most beautiful and considered Canada's premier arts town.

First stop: Avon River. We enjoyed the soft breeze while walking the trail around this river, and choosing a spot for photos was a difficult task. Every bit of space was breathtaking.

Second: Downtown Stratford. The place was equally charming. Lined with antique shops, one-of-a-kind stores, and cafes/restaurants with signs that makes you feel welcome.

Then, West Side Story. The timeless tragedy of Tony and Maria was so passionately played. There were times, I felt the theater became so warm -- probably from all the energy of the cast and the audience. They deserved the standing ovation!

Ah, lovely Stratford, I have a feeling I will be going back.
