NUTS can make our body older and can mess up our life. Death rates from heart diseases are higher in cultures where people walk faster, live by the clock and can't seem to leave some things undone.
Experts recommend taking at least 10 minutes to list down things that you:
- need to do,
- want to do, and
- can do comfortably.
