How much TV does our family watch?Not much really, but TV watching ranks high in our family “chilling” list.
D and hubby have been watching “The Wire”, lately. Yes, that critically acclaimed HBO show that never got an Emmy. D went out of his way to purchase the 5 season box set – thinking it is his dad’s kind of show. He was not mistaken, and “The Wire” has kept them wired lately.
For D and me, we go for “The Office”, “LOST”, "AD Persuasion" and when available “Burn Notice”. We just go for light watching.
Alone, hubby would rather watch all shows in the History Channel and TLC, while I wish I still have time to watch Dancing with the Stars, Gossip Girl, 30 Rock and even Prison Break. D watches House, Star Trek, and a lot of other shows alone.
What keeps all 3 of us together? 24, of course! Keifer Sutherland – the bad boy of Hollywood never fails to glue us to the couch. The rules : No phone calls, most lights out, and absolutely no talking while the show is on. Popcorn permitted once in a while.
