Christmas Cards

It’s way past Christmas, I know. But I intended this week's entries to be all about gifts. I consider Christmas cards gifts. I like receiving Christmas cards. Even if that is the only time I hear from some of my friends.

I specially like the traditional, mailed cards. I appreciate them because I know it takes time to send them.

First comes the writing of names; then adding a personalized note or two. Next, addressing the envelope and lastly sticking postage. All in all that friend would have thought about me for 5 minutes. And five minutes is good enough for me.
