Buster or Busted Bars?

The Dairy Queen just a few steps away from our place had a 50% off sale on all ice-cream cakes. So off we go and got boxes and boxes of our favorite frozen goodies. Since we were also going to a party that night, we figured we are going to bring an ice cream cake as well.
Everything turned out fine, except that we had 3 ice cream cakes on that party as almost everyone thought of bringing ice cream cake. (Talk about sales around Filipinos). But the best is yet to come. Six hours later, upon arriving home from the party, what do I see? A box of my favorite DQ Buster Bar melted in my kitchen counter, ice cream dripping over. I forgot to return the box to the freezer while taking out the ice cream cake for the party! Darn.
Was I so stupid to forget to put it back? or too greedy buying too much ice cream? Any which way, I ended up with this...

    ooh! the dairy queen near us has that 50% off too but i haven't gone yet. did you at least eat ALL of the melted ice cream, tita? haha. i would have!!! haha.

    To everyone,
    The truth: The ice cream inside all melted leaving only thin chocolate coating still formed as a bar. They were beyond salvation. I placed the remaining chocolate "housings" back in the freezer. Whatever was left, I ate them a few days later coz I cannot bear to throw them away. What would you have done?

    i would do the same. lick the melted cream from my finger and lick more if it still nice. its lekker (LEKKER the afrikaans for tasty, good or good in the generic sense)

    excuse my ignorance...YY as in yo-yo?...like weight is in yo-yo? if it were so, your not alone miss randomness. i'm YY before but now the yo-yo hanged on the heavier side of the scale. lol.
