Dog Gone Clean

In one of our short day trips we chanced upon this shop in Hamilton with its beautiful Christmas window display.

It was captivating  that I had to go and view it closer. The owner must have been amused by the look on my face that she stood up and gestured me to come in. It was a dog washing shop and I had no dog!! But she was a very welcoming lady that I did come in and we started chatting.

The owner told me it took her 4 days to set up the whole village but the look on children's faces when they see the village is worth all the work. I believe her. I am no child and I don't have a dog, but I sure enjoyed her Christmas village.
