Imagination

An officemate once mentioned she spends a lot on her kid's toys. Is playtime now so dependent with toys from the department store? ? I told her to stretch her imagination as there are ordinary things that can become toys to little kids.

Like these empty plastic containers I am about to throw away.
Can you imagine the countless hours a child will have with these?

A toddler can stack them up in many ways.

They can become "homes" for other toys.

You can hide mini "surprises" in them.

I am sure in the hands of a child, there are way more uses to these plastic items than we can think of. All it takes is a little imagination.
