Photos of the Week - "Bring House"

We Filipinos are food lovers. Our gatherings are almost always full of food by the hosts and food from the guests. Then there is the most important one we call "Bring House". When everyone has taken thier fill of the "feast" and it is time to go home - each family will be bringing home a pack. It is for those who are left at home or for next day's breakfast, and no, not for the dog.

In my small group of friends, we don't even get to choose what we want to bring - preferences are considered only minimally. Most of the time, the "loot" is equally shared by everyone. The whole "bring house" crew is such an "organized" system, everyone knows their role : packers, washers, cleaners.

What a fun, Pinoy way to end the party!
