Friends Again !


Yes, I am friends again with my running shoes, the treadmill, my mini MP3 player and the gym.
I walked for 30 minutes today at an incline of 1%, speed of 3.0-3.3 mph.
Hurrraayyy ! It feels so good.

My two week goal is to walk 30 minutes 3-4x a week.




I am going to record my weight loss journey in this blog in the hope of encouraging myself.
