Summer 2008

It is over, summer 2008 I mean.

Summer started with a trip to Mobile, Alabama on June 28 - July 4. Four families, 1212 miles, 5 states, 7 days, 2 dogs. One of those really fun get together of old friends. Unforgettable.

July 19 - a mini picnic at Fifty Point, Grimsby. Despite the rain and wind, the barbecue grill was smokin'!
July 26 - Boyz 2 Men concert with S and S at Casino Rama
August 1 - We Will Rock You - a musical of the songs by Queen. Our first stage play. It rocks !
August 9 - Earth, Wind & Fire concert again at Casino Rama. Wow !
August 14 - Shooting day 1 of D's short film at the park
August 16 - Picnic at Hamilton. Bonding, bonding.
August 21 - Johnny Mathis concert at Casino Rama. The voice, the songs, the live orchestra. Very worth it.
Aug 23 - K's baptism. A reason to get together.
Aug 30 - Family time (aka shopping) at Buffaloo, NY.

Then, summer is gone.
